[TAIPEI - ⭐️⭐️RAW 😋]
疫情後有機會再來這裡用餐。前主廚離開，師傅名廚江振誠回來坐陣，餐廳依然穩坐兩星。這次的菜單味道偏重，包括Andre以前的成名招牌菜Memory黑松露鴨肝暖凍以外，海膽Capellini, 爆米花Popcorn Trio，魚子醬黑鮑燉飯，和Anaori和牛釜飯都很好吃。是開張以來我最喜歡的菜單其中之一。
雖然不是每一次的菜單口味都對胃，但我還是很期待每次來用餐的原因是每次的上菜介紹和presentation 都很有心思和創意。疫情關係，店員介紹菜時跟客人的互動減少，但還是很棒。This is what’s call good dining experience!!
